Looking for wife of John Chapple. John was born in England, about 1850, and came to US either with or after his daughter Elizabeth Chapple. Elizabeth was married to Robert Alfred Fitton, and they lived in Worcester, MA. They had two children, Alfred John and Mildred E. I dont know when John died, but I know that Elizabeth and Robert died within a month of each other in 1947 and are buried in Hope Cemtery in Worcester, MA. Alfred John died in Oct.1963 at age 64 and is buried in Millbury, MA. Mildred died a few months later, I believe March of 1964. She is also buried in Hope Cemetery. She never married. Alfred married an Arbour first, and then Muriel Murray. I know that Johns wife was born in Scotland, but cant figure out who she was. If anyone has any info whatsoever on this line, please share it with me, as I am hitting more walls than information! Thanks!

Have you learned any more about Richard?

William Chapple was my gg grandfather. Richard Chapple was his brother. He died in 1860 and is buried on the Chapple Farm. He and James, another brother of William's came to the US after William. I have the record of Richard and James passage from England to Ellis Island somewhere if I can find it. James married America Gabbert but I can find no record of Richard having ever married. Richard is a pet project of mine. He is the only Chapple left on the Chapple farm. All of the others were moved to Mt. Olive Cemetary in Troy, Ks. I want to know what he died of and why he is still on the farm. He was born in 1832 in Meavy, Devon, England.
Edwin was my father's great uncle. I have visited his grave many times. My father had a great fondness for him and for Sarabelle.
I hope this helps.
