Jackie, Pam Wire, is a descendant of the Chapple's in England and lives there. She can probably help you. She made a post earlier regarding William Chapple in Doniphan County, Kansas. In that post she also mentions a John Chapple. I'm looking for them, for her. If Pam can connect your John to our John, I'll pass anything I find on to you. I'll try to put her in contact with you.

I am looking for information on John Chapple who married Catherine Kitt, 1800 to 1830's. I have no information on his birth date or place, or their marriage. I do know that he was a baker and lived in Baker Street, London, in the 1830's. They had at least one child, Thomas, born 1832 in Enfield. John was deceased by the time Thomas was married in 1851.
Thanks
Jackie

Pamela, We located William's farm and burial place near Troy, Doniphan, Kansas. However, the only John we find is much younger, born in 1856. Could this be his brother?
