Message Board Post:
I am particularly interested in any Chappills/Chappells in the Glanford Brigg area of Lincolnshire. I am trying to link a family in Kirton in Lindsey to other families in the area although spelling varies even within the same family. I have also come across Chapel, Chapill, Chapiel etc...Any help welcome.

Looking for anyone with information on the family of George Chappell. He died in 1939 at the age of 64 and was married to Elmira Lashway. According to his obituary they had a lot of chldren.
My interest is in his sister Emma. She was widowed, Gravel or Geavel, and married a man named Gustave Dieskow in 1926 in North hero, Vermont. If anyone has come across this family, please send me any info you have.
Thanks

Hello again, Jan...
My Chappels didn't stay in IL long either. In fact, they spent more time in IN. What states were yours in?

My Chappell family line goes from Samuell Chappell Jr., who moved to Perry County Mississippi. Does anyone have any information on him?

Thank you for taking this picture. Floy & Odie Chappell are my paternal grandparents. Unfortunately, your photo is about the only information I have been able to find on them online.
If anyone has more information on Odie or Floy, please respond. Thank you again!
