Sorry for the separate post but I did find more information. Mary and Jonathan married 1/19/1665 and went on to have about 8 or 9 kids but I didn't find Stephen as one of them listed.

I know it's been 2 years since your post but I'll answer anyway. Mary is the daughter of George and Christian Chappell. She was born in Wethersfield Hartford Connecticut around 1644 or 45 and died in 1709 in New London Conn.
That's all I have about her.
Scott

I'm trying to find information about my Great Granduncle Samuel Chappell born in New York as a British subject around 1847. His parents were Eli and Ann Chappell of Wiltshire area. I found Samuel in the 1851 census living with Eli's brother William and his wife Susanna. They were in Castle Combe at the time and Eli was in Hullavington. I'm trying to figure out why Samuel is not with his parents. I found the Passenger records for Eli and Ann's trip to the USA in 1844 along with their daughter Mary Ann but no record of their return to England. Eli and Ann went on to have more kids the next one being my Great Grandfather John Beak Chappell. Any info is appreciated.
