I hae a Chappell who was a photographer in Liverpool, Isle of Man, then Blackpool and retired to Fleetwood, c1859-1900. Whilst he was in the Isle of Man it seems that he was in partnership with another photographer and produced cartes des visites.
Does anyone know of him, please?
Hilary
