Charles L. Chappell, Jr., 49, of Terre Haute died Thursday, Dec. 22, 2005, in his residence. He was born April 6, 1956, in St. Louis to Charles L. Chappell Sr. and Dorothy Louise Halliburton Chappell.
He is survived by one sister, Crystal T. Chappell of Madeira Beach, Fla.; two brothers, William G. Chappell and Richard A. Chappell, both of Terre Haute; and several nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Roselawn Memorial Park. There is no visitation. Roselawn Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.

Does anyone by chance have any info on a Fred Chappell b. 20 Apr 1891 in the Welland area of Ontario m. Florence Buck b. 11 Jan. 1891 also Welland area. It is my understanding they may have had 4 children, and continued to live in the town of Fonthill in Welland Co. Fred's father Francis b.1852 and Mother Elizabeth Carter b.1858. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Robert A. Chappell
SARASOTA, Fla. — Robert A. Chappell, 78, of Sarasota, Fla., died July 8, 1998.
He was born Sept. 8, 1919, in Havana, Cuba.
He lived his childhood in Unadilla and graduated from high school in Unadilla.
He moved to Sarasota in 1983 from Pittsfield, Mass.
He was a technical writer for 28 years for General Electric in Syracuse and later in Pittsfield, Mass.
He was a member of Trout Unlimited, in Pittsfield, Mass., Ducks Unlimited, in Sarasota, Fla., and Florida Conservationists Association.
He graduated from Capital Radio Engineering Institute, Washington, DC.
He was in the United States Navy during World War II and the Korean War.
He was a member of the Pitcher Hill Community Church in North Syracuse.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Jean L.; his daughter, Diane R. Chappell-Daly of Syracuse and his brother, David G. of San Jose, Calif. and two grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in New York.
Memorial donations may be made to Trout Unlimited, Iroquois Chapter, care of John Moses, P.O. Box 44, Jamesville, N.Y., 13078.
