Dear Laura,
I would be very interested to have your information about John's parents and
siblings. I have my Joseph Chappel B: 1806, don't know where. Also,
another lister has a Joel Chappell B: Abt 1775 , In Wales. We are trying
to find both of their parents and siblings to see if we can find a
connection between them. Any information you can pass along would be
greatfully appreciated. I will be happy to send my information about
Joseph's wives and children to you if you want them.
Thank You,
Mary

Luxton Chapple, Mary Luxton Chapple and son either John or James Chapple
about 1854 to Huron Co., Ontario Goderich/Hullett areas. Possibly another
daughter was Lydia. The son died shortly after arriving and I have no
record or suggestions that John Sr. married again. So there were no male
Chapples but why did they come to Canada - maybe there were other Chapples
there. I have more on John's father/mother/siblings if you are interested.
The name is not that common in the Huron Co. area. Thank you, Laura

Do you have any information on your Chappel/Chappell line in Penn?
Might have a connection, if not, someone who might be able
to help, as sent a fair amount of information on my
branch of the line. My line connects through a Joll md.

Would be very interested in hearing more about Chappel ancestry from
Canada. That's where "our" branch of the Chappels (now spelled Chapple)
ended up. My great grandparents came over from Dorset c 1902-06?? as
well as some other uncles - exactly which ones have yet to be
confirmed. Anyway - do you have any idea where in Canada they came
from? Thanks.
