Yes, it is possible. And I have it set that way out of personal
preference. One reason is the ease in filtering the messages. As
listowner, I have more than one list, and also am subscriber to others.
It makes for a much neater and less chaotic filing system. I have found
that the present set up has worked best......it was set up the other way
when I took over the list. It is one of the reasons that the list has gone
from almost a standstill to one where there is more participation. If the
traffic is such that you are having problems with it, perhaps the Digest
Mode would work better for you.
We have been over this before...perhaps before you subscribed. One member
stated that because of the direction of the sends, they were able to make a
connection. The message that made the difference for them would have gone
privately otherwise, and they'd have lost the chance. That for me is
enough to keep it as is. I hope you understand.
