Well this is the group of Chapmans that are the early movers and shakers of
the 15 or so Universalist Churches that starts at Prosperity and
Feasterville and moves on to Saluda and then Georgia.
This church was deeded its property by the nephew of Giles Chapman also
another Giles Chapman.
One of the last ministers of the church was Thomas Chapman who ministered in
Ohio, Georgia, NC, SC, IL at least.
