WILLIAM
CHAPMAN gave consent. Apparently BENJAMIN PLUMMER also gave consent.

Polly and Tabitha CHAPMAN were the daughters of William CHAPMAN and wife
Eleanor. William CHAPMAN left a will in Fleming County, KY in 1806,
naming
children - Collimore (my line), Tabitha, Mary, William Jr, Monica,
Naaman,
Sarah and Nancy. Collimore remained in Maryland, William Jr remained in
Kentucky the rest moved on to OH & IN.
Elizabeth CHAPMAN GILL was supposedly the sister of John CHAPMAN who
married
Rebecca PEACE and Henry CHAPMAN who married Frances (GILL) CRABB(E).
Hope this helps.
