Margie, I am sorry I don't have any information about Salley (aka Lula
Rebecca) Chapman m.
Oliver Allen Puckett. My John Chapman was born in 1806 in Robertson
County, TN. In February of 1817 his father, Benjamin, bought land in
Logan County,
(Russellville) KY. which is the county just north of Robertson Co. TN.
He moved there and the 1820 Logan Co. census shows that he had 11
children in the household.
The 1830 census shows him with 8 children between age of 5 to 14.
In the first part of 1836 Benjamin moved back to Robertson County, TN.
and died there by August of the same year.
Did any of your kin folks live in either Robertson County, TN or Logan or
Graves County, KY?

Sorry it took me so long to answer, but it was Saluda County, South
Carolina.
Thanks,
