Clemence Camille "Pat" Chapman began her journey February 5, 1910, in Orange,
Texas and it ended in Pearland, Texas on March 26, 2001. She was born to the
late Francis and Mary Comeaux; she had numerous brothers and sisters who
preceded her in death as did her beloved husband Dewitt Chapman and her two
sons, Carl Clifton "Tod" Herring and Earl Benjamin Herring. She is survived
by her son, Allan Herring and wife Pat; daughter Marianne Wyatt;
daughter-in-law Jo Herring; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great
grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. "Pat" spent much of her
time with her friends at Broadway Senior citizens Center for many years. Her
"journey" was blessed on earth but she will be more blessed on her final
journey to Heaven. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on
Tuesday, March 27, 2001, at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Funeral
Services will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2001, at 1:00 PM in the Main
Chapel of Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Interment to follow.
