Maybe....but remember, that times and places change. Especially
towns. There's a town near here that was thriving when the area was first
settled. Now there is nothing more than a bridge left....
Also, lines and boundaries change from time to time. Even State
lines. Soooo......it pays to state the place/area/state...even country.
