As list admin I have assumed that this was a mis-send. Happens all the
time. People get in a hurry, and forget to change the address when they
hit reply. I have the utilities for the list set to direct all posts to
the list....if someone either doesn't realize that, or forgets, the list
gets what seems like an off-topic post.
