Hi
I am looking for information on CHAPMAN's in Cornwall, UK. They are from the
St. Agnes region, in particular Wheal Butson. The earliest family member I
have is John CHAPMAN bc 1813 . He was a Tin Miner. One of his son's (William
born 5 Dec 1840) moved to London. He married Louisa Mary Ann Oldreive and
had 11 children. There are also connections with Jersey, C.I.
Does this mean anything to anyone?
Please contact me off list as I am not a subscriber. Thank you.

Hi Mari,
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, but I haven't been on the
computer the last few days.
Just wanted to let you know that you didn't offend me - I was just
rather embarrassed by the whole thing. I think my face was still
burning several hours afterwards, but when I received your e-mail late
that night, I felt a bit better.
Regards,
Pat

Can anyone lay claim to these two sisters. SUSAN SANDLEY nee CHAPMAN is my
gt grandmother. I have no clues at all about these two and with such common
names I am really really stuck. They were born around 1866 and I know Susan
died approx 1912. Her husband FREDERICK SANDLEY is buried in Nunhead
cemetery he passed away in 1953.
Can anyone help me with these two sisters???
Best wishes

Hello Everyone.
I would like to thank everyone for your patience, your mature way in which
you have participated and conducted yourselves in this time set aside.
I am now closing the list to any more discussion about the incidents on the
East Coast. I am please to see how well everyone has conducted themselves,
and have appreciated some of the first person accounts that have been sent in.
Thank you all for being what you are! :)
May we all survive this with a deeper love for humanity, and a deeper
commitment that for which America stands.
