I beleive they were nomadic because of the lumber ills carpentry and following the
development of the building of railroads at that time period in history. My brother has
pictures of this family, and it appears that they lived in very nice himes etc., for the
time periods. I believe they were real pioneers. Immogene (Emma was not born after 1880)
, but I think she died young. Their youngest child was ward. He died young while in the
army. I have a newspaper article describing his death. He was an army sharpshhoter and
went into a river to was off his horse. The horse panic, threw him, and Ward eventually
drowned.
