I am looking for any information on them encluding the names of their children. Also am looking for information for Tirzah's sibblings.
Tirzah was sister to my ancestor Gordon Chapin. I am always looking for other researchers who descend from the same ancestors, in this case Charles Chapin and Mary Smith, in hopes that by comparing notes we can both discover more information.
You never know where that one clue mite be, and I have found that the "females" often had things such as family bibles etc....
I have 6 children listed for Tirzah and John, but my only source is a LDS file ....
Lydia Randall Mack
Dwight Mack
Lyman Mack
Catharine Mack
James Mack
Jane Mack
I would like to know where and when Tirzah died also.

What information do you need? Do you need the names of their children?
To all listers
As you know all the list are gatewayed with the message boards. The
difference between the two in reference to other researchers surfing the web is this:
1) The queries listed on the list is read by the listers as it is posted and
then archived. Many surfers don't bother to find the archives but will go to
the boards. The mail list is a place for discussions for all those interested
in a surname. It's a place to find possible relatives or hints about your
relatives from other researchers that may have found information about your family
during their research. It is a place to be able to talk, discuss, argue, give
your views to the facts, etc., to the posters. You know that that person is
on the list to talk to.
2) However, the boards have queries listed by many researchers during the
last few years. Many don't change their email address or visit the board again
for along time. Many forget where they leave their queries. On the other hand,
the board is very good for the surfers who look up a surname and find that they
are related, etc. They are more willing to leave a query than to join a list
for many reasons. Therefore, it would be a good idea for every lister to post
a query to the board also.
To further your research it would be in your interest to post to both the
board and list. Posting to the board only leaves out the discussions and posting
to the list only is seen mostly by listers.
