Hi Sheila
I was sent the following from an unrelated researcher who had the
following entry relevant to your line amoungst his notes.
1. William John Purssey bc 1832 St.Pancras, Middlesex m Sarah
Chant bc 1833 Lambeth aged 48 census 1881 Lambeth
Looks like Charlotte's sister Sarah. Would be a good idea to
check 1881 Census for William and Sarah Purssey family in Lambeth.

Hi Listers.
Is their anyone on list with Lambeth area Chant interests?
Yes, I will post mine again.
Charlotte Elizabeth Chant, christened 16 April 1820, was my gg
grandmother. She married Henry Dunkley on 13 June 1838 at St. George's
Church, Southwark, Surrey. They had at least 14 children (which I have
found so far) but the legend in my family is that there were more, so I am
still looking! On their marriage certificate, her father is named as
Thomas Chant, Gentleman, of Gray Street, Southwark. The witnesses are
Thos. Chant and Charlotte Chant, presumably her parents.
Siblings for Charlotte Elizabeth were Thomas James (1821), Emma (1823),
Alfred Forster (1828), Sarah (1832), and George (1835). I didn't have
Frederick, William or Philip but, as I said, those I had were only from
the IGI.
Anyone have any connections?
