Hallo Michael
I know I have mentioned this before but this is really where you would find
that is really worthwhile paying for a subscription to Ancestry or something
similiar (ie 1837online) where you can search the BMD indexes to try and
trace descendents of your own family .
I have just used my Subscription and it appears that Reginald F Chant
married Bessie M Childs in 1915 September quarter Sherborne 5a 963 and with
a very cursory check it looks as if they didnt have any children.
Obviously you are not aware that Mothers maiden names are listed on Birth
registrations after 1911.
Checking the Electoral Rolls yourself (some Subscription sites have that
facility) might be of use, or you may have to pay a local researcher to
check the local Poole papers for Death notices.
Regards
Christine

Ah well that means I need to find
a living relative that knows what was done with his remains. Here in
Australia
those details are often on the death certificate but UK cert's are rather
sparce on info.
I know cousin Reginald married Bessie Childs about 1915 but have no idea
what
children if any he may have had. Parents names are not indexed with their
childs
birth from that period are they?
Even when the 1911 census is released in 2012 it would not help much. How
can I find
out more on Reginald. Any suggestions welcome.
