Andrew,
I think you sent me GEDCOM files of your various CHANT families - those
from Mere, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bradford Abbas etc.
Following your message of 27 February I have been re-checking my sources
and have found quite a few connections with your various lists, plus
information not contained in your GEDCOMS.
If it was you who sent the GEDCOM, it might be best if I contacted you
off list. Please advise.
Pat

Subject: [CHANT] Wiltshire CHANT's
List members,
Furthermore to Pat's listing of the 24th February.
Isaac SAUNDERS I believe married a Mary Ann CHANT from the Homington
tree not the Broad Chalke tree - they later lived in Homington.
Mary Ann CHANT from B/C (I think!) married John COOMBS 01/01/1836 at
Ebbesbourne Wake and later to Henry SMART circa 1855. Mary Ann SMART is
mentioned in the Will of William CHANT of Broad Chalke as his daughter.
The only William in the B/C PR's for 1756 is "William the son of Anthony
and Mary INGRAM" not CHANT.
The only Thomas in B/C for 1743 is "Thomas base born son of Mary INGRAM"
not CHANT.
Andy CHANT.
