Cecily is I think the right name and 1721 is an estimate of when it is
thought they married.
Again 1701 is a guess estimate of when she was baptised based on a marriage
age of 20/21
years old which was the legal norm then. Though women did marry as young as
13
and of course she also could have been a lot older than Robert which is not
uncommon
in those days either so 1701 could be completly wrong.

I have in my notes that Robert Chant 1700 to 27/9/1741 married 1721 to
Sistely/Cecily (unknown surname) born c1701.
I have no source as I never did put a source down when I started ancestry
some twenty years ago now.
