I agree with JFCHANT that the 1889 marriage of William Roberts (variously
listed as a Printer/printers assistant/printers labourer) and Elizabeth
Willmot looks as if it is the one you are after.
I don't know if you already have, but if it were my research I would
certainly be ordering one of the other five birth certificates to check what
the maiden name for the mother is listed as. Who was the informant on the
1905 birth of George Henry?
Stranger things have happened and it is possible that for some reason an
error has been made in the maiden name of the mother on the 1905 birth
certificate.
I could be wrong but think it is possible that it is the childrens'
Grandmother who was a Chant and was one of the witnesses at the 1889
marriage.
Sarah Chant married Charles Wilmot in 1872 - her father is listed as James
Chant and there is a Sarah Chant daughter of James who was also Printer so
could be the link.

There is a marriage which looks suspiciously like the one you want on 27 May
1889 at St James the Great, Middlesex. Both parties are said to be living in
Bethnal Green.
I could not find a birth for any of the children (including John, a 1 year
old on the 1911 census) which suggested the wife was a Chant.
The wife on this marriage was a Willmot, daughter of a Charles Willmot. The
factors which make me feel this is your pair are the ages of each of them
and the fact that William is shown as a printer, which is your William's
trade on the censuses I looked at.
