Hello!
Read your last message re Channells DNA project from 2011.
I am new at research and have only heard of DNA testing.
My ancestor was John Channell from Scotland who settled in Cecil County, Maryland long
before the Mason Dixon line was established. The 1790 census confirms his presence there.
The Channell family has owned and farmed the land in southern Pa and in Maryland for 9
generations. Perhaps someone from my family would be interested in participating in DNA
testing. There may be a connection. If you care to pursue communication w/ me re this
subject, emails are ok w/ me.
Thanks,
Donna Channell Snodgrass
