Hello Ya'll,
In a continuing effort to educate myself and to pass the information along to
the Surname Lists I am responisble for, I have a few site addresses that have
a collection of forms for personal use that are downloadable free of charge.
(I may have also emailed this to various lists that I subscribe to!)The
information was current at some point in the last year- don't hold me
responsible for the passage of time and the great need for $ from sources! <

I ended up formatting my own spreadsheets and database forms, as well as
family group sheets and written questionnaire letters for family and other
nonprofessional sources. I have had some wonderful results, but it took
several tries to fine tune!
