Thanks for the encouragement. After all my years of frustrating research
I have just about given up all hopes of trying to find a clue of my father's
family. I believe DNA is my last resource since I am getting too far along in
life to make a visit to Spokane, Washington to research any family secret
history.
I have often thought that my father Joe Buster Chandler b. 9/09/1899 may
have come from Canada, as he always talked about wanting to take a steam ship
ride to Alaska. I know Alaska is not part of Canada, but maybe my dad thought
this was the way. :>)
