Warren Rand Chandler, born April 15, 1833 to Ira and Sally (Warren) Chandler
in Lovell, Oxford Co., Maine. (from George and Annis Chandler Book) He had
sister Laura Jane and brother Edward Tom Chandler (mine) who was in Pickins
Co. AL on 1860 census as apprentice to Moses L. Cline, his future
father-in-law. He died in Nuxabee Co., MS. Edward and Laura are found on
later census, but not Warren. Does anyone know what became of Warren Rand
Chandler? Why did Edward go to Mississippi? Bonnie Reach, Alba, TX

Subject: My Chandler connection
This is the first time I have posted a message to this type of system,
so I
should introduce myself.
My name is John Kilford, and I live in Sydney, Australia.
My Grandmother was Ethel Violet Chandler, and she was born in 1892 in
Godmanchester, Hunts.
Her father was John Daintree Chandler, born in March.
I have details of a further two generations of Chandler, and go a John
Chandler born at Conington about 1805 (this from a census return).
Any connections or data about Chandlers in this time and area would be most
gratefully received.
