Hi !
Would any of your records reveal anything about a lost Chandler boy b. Sept.
09, 1899 at Spokane, WA. His name was Joe. 1930 census shows his parents
were from Michigan.

The Chandlers I have were originally from England and some migrated to
Ontario Canada. Only my Grandmother came on to Michigan that I am aware of. I do
not have a Joe Chandler anywhere. I do however have a David Chandler, son of
William, birthdates unknown for both. David would be the grandson of Leonard
and Mabel Chandler(deceased and buried in Ontario. David is still in
Canada--not by any chance related to him are you?
Sorry I could not be more helpful. I hope your Chandlers are not all as
elusive as some of mine

Hi ! Pat,
Not related to the David Chandler in Canada, but am related to the
John Chandler in Tampa, Florida.
Thank you so much for your response. As you can tell from my search
note, I know nothing about my father's parents. I can only surmise that I am
related to some Chandler family somewhere. My father said he was born in
Spokane, WA. so I assume that is where his parents were in 1899. His mother died
when my father was about three years old (1904), and he said he left home at
age eight, so I am assuming that is when his father may have died (1909). He
said he was raised by a redheaded aunt, but we have no clue as to whether she
was a Chandler or ?.
