Recently in a gedcom file at
Ancestry.com, I came across the family of Amor
Chandler. There was no detail other than a wife, Dorothy; dau. of Peter
White; married to Abigail Lippincott, dau. of Remembrance; son of Richard;
son of Anthony; son of Bartholomew; and ancestor of Edward Lippincott.
Amor's family was listed as follows without source information:
Children: Lydia, b. 1739, m. Edward Cook; Pontias, b. 1741, Rebecca b.
1743,
m. William Mount; Asahel, b. 1745; Elizabeth, b. 1747, m. Thomas Morris;
Benjamin, b. 1749; George, b. 1751; John, b. 1753; Thomas, b. 1755, m.
Hannah Cook; and Dorothy, b. 1757.
I have information on an Asahel Chandler from 1745 to 2000. I am seeking
information on the family and where I can find source material to attempt to
document that Asahel left Monmouth County and traveled to Sandwich, MA.
