Thanks, Dick for posting an alternate location for the Chandler book.
Diane, I access HeritageQuest by going to the website of my local library
and clicking on HeritageQuest. It's in my library's list of online databases.
Then they ask me to log in using my library card number. Don't know how
many books they have in HeritageQuest, but it must be hundreds. There's also
access to quite a few census records, although not all of them are available.
For example, they don't have the 1850 census available, but they do have the
1900 census and others. If your library doesn't have HeritageQuest, you can
call them and request that they consider purchasing it.
