Don that is so sad, that some distant relation would do that. It's always so
exciting to find distant relations, and share information, makes you realize
you should watch who you invite into your home.

Subject: [SPAM] [CHANCE] a warning...not on subject but important
Good afternoon all,
I want to share an incident that happened to my wife and I this last week.
We made contact with two cousins that live in Kentucky. We called them
and after some discussion found out they were making a trip to San
Antonio, TX the following week. We live outside Dallas and asked if they
could come by and bring pictures and info to share. They said ok and
arrived last Thursday about noon.
We had about four hours of interesting genealogy conversation. Later that
evening I discovered one of the medications I take was missing. My wife
checked and sure enough one of hers was missing as well. Both of the
medications were "controlled substances". Further checking revealed a
gold ring of mine was missing as well.
We had their cell phone, and called them. Of course they denied taking
everything. They must have taken the goods when they went to the
bathroom.
We filed a complete police report but I am not optimistic about recovering
anything. This was a real bummer as you sure don't expect your own flesh
and blood to steal from you. Lesson learned....and passed on to you.
