Hi,
I have a little bit on the Oldfield's:
William Oldfield Will
William Oldfield, Maryland Planter Aug. 11 1766 Vol FF p. 365
" I give and bequeath to my Daughter, Elizabeth, wife of William Chance., Now in
North Carolina, all my land and Personals and anything pertaining to my estate.
All personals should be appraised, legally and my just debts paid by my executor, to my
daughter Elizabeth, except three pounds to Margaret Edge. I ordain my well beloved friend,
Aaron Chance to be executor.
Witnessed by Robert Dixon, Anthony Wise and Sarah Edge.
William Oldfield drowned, with his young son of 4 years old, in the Choptank River Oct. 6
1766.

proven Mar. 29 1745
" To my loving wife ,Sarah, my plantation and lands called "Summery" to go
to my son Barber, at the death of his mother., as I have given to my daughters, Mary
Ward,Rebecca Bennett, Deborah Chance, thier share.
The rest to be divided between sons and daughters, Barber,Rachel,Henry,John and Sarah.
Henry Oldfield married Sarah Baber July 15 1717 from St. Peters parish records. Talbot
