Hi List;
i happened across the address of this list in a recent RootsWeb
publication. Just wanted to let you know that I am now a subscriber and
will forward more info re family research later.
I have corresponded with over 500 CHAMPIONs from all over the
world in the past thru the newsletter "Champions on Line" which I
published for a brief period. CHAMPION is a great family line.
I wish to thank the list owner Cliff Fiveash, and hostess
Patricia Fiveash Durr, for starting this list and hope that it generates
a lot of serious research activity.
Best Regards;
Bob

Hello Bob...
I saw your message re CHAMPION's, and wanted to add mine to your list. I
am trying to trace Isaac CHAMPION and his wife Elizabeth nee TREVORROW.
I have not found their records of birth yet, nor their marriage, but
they had five children in and around Uny Lelant, starting in 1839.
Martha Jane CHAMPION was my g grandmother, born in Lelant in 1848, and
buried in the Penzance Cemetery with her husband, William Charles
NICHOLAS.
I would like to hear from you if you have anything on this family.
Best regards from Ken Ubsdell in California.
