**Could this Luther be R.L. Champe son of Eston Cyrus Champ and Rachel C
Rohrbaugh? If he had lived there his adult life, he would be at least 24
years old, which would have him born in 1868--a perfect fit for this family.
**Simon is my actual interest. I have a Simon in my line born 1877 in WV.
That would make him 19 at the time of this registration and having moved
from WV when he was two, which was when his father died. Im going to look
at census, but Im betting this is him!
