Mary Lee Duvall
Rome, Ga - Mary Lee Chamblee Duvall, 70, formerly of Itawamba County, died
Friday, March 3, 2000, at Redmond Regional Hospital in Rome, Ga. She was
born Sept 3, 1929, to Marshall Douglas Chamblee and Ninnie Lou Tubb
Chamblee. She was a retired bookkeeper.
Services will be at 3:30pm today at Senter Funeral Home Chapel with Mike
Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include one daughter, Bobbe Duvall of Calhoun, Ga; three sons,
Michael Duvall of Douglasville, Ga., Frank Duvall of Charleston, SC, and
Hobart Duvall of Atlanta; one sister, Willie Fay Lindsey of Amory; three
brothers, Charles Porter Chamblee and Marvin Edward Chamblee of Fulton and
Joe Douglas Chamblee of Amory; one aunt, Mittie Sue (Chamblee) Hannon; one
uncle, Jewel Tubb; (another aunt left out by paper, Lois South Tubb, widow
of Woodrow Tubb); five grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mike Duvall, Frank Duvall, Hobie Duvall, Shane Duvall,
Brien Chamblee, and Steve Sproul.

Visitation will be from 8am until service time today.

Mary Lee was laid to rest near her parents, in the midst of kinfolks, in
the county of her youth. The sun was shining, the bradford pear and redbud
trees were blooming; a beautiful spring day out of season in early March.
She will be sorely missed.
