Apprentice Bonds found in Court of P's and Q's Minutes 1759-1850
(contd from Vol 24 pg 35)
Aug CT 1847
Ordered that Vilet Morgan child of color, be bound apprentice to Patinc
Chamblee, now being 12 yrs old.
Patience m. again in 1848 to Samuel Smith. I know I'm genealogically
illiterate, but all the others seem to be bound out to males. Wonder why
this child was bound to Patience?
In Nov there are also a Patsey Morgan (abt 5) and a Dick Morgan (abt 3)
bound out to Bryan Hocut.
