The following is an exact (as I can figure) transcription the record
of the estate sale of the good of MARTIN CHAMLEE (1807-1890) of CHEROKEE
Co., GA. Martin was the son of WILLIAM CHAMLEE and grandson of JACOB
CHAMLEE.
Four legal size pages written in pencil, presumably by Henry Rusk, the
executor and husband of Martin's daughter, Dorcas Ann--
(I HATE e-mail; this was all typed in lovely rows until I copied it to
here!)
If you can help[ me identify any of these folks, I'd appreciate it.

[ W. H. Rusk=William Henry Rusk. husband of
D. A. Rusk=Dorcas Ann "Annie" Chamlee, daughter of Martin Chamlee
William Chamlee= son of Martin Chamlee
Lou/Lew Chamlee MAY refer to Lucinda Chamlee, Martin's sister.
Although Lucinda was married to William Wayne (also a buyer), Henry Rusk
might still have referred to her by her maiden name. Lucinda Chamlee
Wayne died in May 1890, the same year as her brother Martin. Since the
sale results are not dated, it is not known whether the sale took place
before or after May.
Buyer W. G? Pool may be Dr. (first name unknown) Poole who was the
first husband of Martin's youngest child, Mary "Mollie."]
