There was a John Chambers in Frederick Co., VA. Here is some data that may
have meaning for you. It certainly hasn't done me any good.
Frederick County Will Book I lists the following Chambers:

Witnesses: Richard Morgan, Robert Worthington.

My brick wall is John Chambers born before 1750 place unknown but
probably NJ, NY or RI. He died in Canada about 1815 and is considered
a "late Loyalist" .The name Joshua has recurred in my research but I
have no siblings or parents for him. He has one son of record, John
Talbot Chambers born about 1765 in Pennsylvania but he may have been a
stepson. Three desc. of John Talbot have submitted DNA results but
we have no Chambers or Talbot matches. Does anyone have a possible
