Robert H Chambers & Elvie Bright had a son, Bruce B who I believe married Amanda Evelyn McBeth. Does anyone know if this is true?
Also, were Earl Braxton Chambers & Robert Louis Chambers the sons of Bruce & Amanda Evelyn?
Thanks,
Sandi Whitty

Hi Lorraine,
How have you been doing lately? I have thought about how you might be doing and wondered.
Our weather has not been quite as stormy as it was, but it is still very hot and humid. It makes the wind really steamy. It has about killed all my plants but I think the ladies here plant new things. I never can tell. I used to plant and then have to replant because the weather will seem nice and then turn bitter cold. So now I have been waiting until the other ladies put out their things and then we go buy something.
I have been researching the Chambers, too. I think I have about figured out what was going on with them. I have even dreamed about them.
Anyway. I haven't gotten the kitchen cleaned up for the night so I need to get off here and get some work done. Tomorrow is Dale's last day off and then I will have more time on my own.
Love to you and your family,
Polly

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me about the two Chambers sisters of Union County, Georgia who married the two McDaris/Medaris/Madaris/Medearis men? One of the women's names was either Rachel or Rebecca. If so, can you also tell me how they relate to Elijah or Elisha Chambers who married the Moore sisters or if they relate at all? Thanks,
Polly

Isaac Alvin Chambers was born Isaac Alvin Andrew 16, Sep. 1864 location

know. So you have no connection to the Chambers in Early?

The John Chambers that I am inquiring about stayed in England. He lived in Rawmarsh area in about 1720. He had a son, Thomas Chambers. My grandfather (Wilfred Ernest Chambers born August 25, 1874 in England) came to America some time in the late 1800s. He was in the states when he married my grandmother, Edith Lenore Stewart. Is this the same John Chambers that you have?

They ended up in the USA. I attended family reunions in Kentucky and Ohio.
