Thanks Ronald.
I do not know for certain what my grandfather's first/middle names would have been for sure. My father's first birth certificate found (1 of 3) that he had, he was named :
Lincoln Oliver Chambers. (So I'm merely guessing that his biological father was a "Chambers".) His mother's family migrated from Germany to Wyandotte & Detroit, MI.
I'm sure he was a married man. So no relative would probably openly admit to this -connection-
This Chambers might have been in the military service, I'm just guessing. Date would have been around 1900.
As my father was born in 1920. And he was most likely a very handsome man, with dark hair & dark eyes.
My father was a very strickling handsome man.
His aunts all knew who his father was, but were sworn to secretcy from his mother...So he never knew who is biological father was. His mother married. Her husband adopted my father. So, I guess it will always remain a mystery...
Thanks you~

I am seeking to find out whether or not Sandra Baggett is still living or not. She was born Sandra Chambers to the late Kathryn May (Tate) and Arthur H. Chambers in Fulton Co., GA. Both Kathryn and Arthur are buried in College Park Cemetery in Atlanta GA area. Sandra married James Eddis Baggett (b. October 30, 1939; d. August 17, 1994), place of burial is unknown, and had two children that I know of: Michael Baggett and Jamie Baggett. They are my cousins. I understand that they have a Florida and Alabama connection. My only source of information has passed away in 2002. If you know any of these people, please feel free to email me. I am a second cousin to this couple. Any information would be greatly appreciated for genealogy purposes. Thanks.

Sorry I wasn't specific enough. I know better! My William Chambers was in PA about 1783; left to go to York Co., SC about 1786. I believe he died about 1840 (if I have the right person)!! Thank you for responding. I will be more careful the next time.

Mary Emma Chambers
Daughter of possibly Mary Axtell and her first husband Henry Armstrong? I
don't know why they separated. But Henry showed up in Washington State with a
different wife in 1892.
Mary Emma Chambers was listed as Mary Emma Chambers, With Parents George
Chambers and Mary Axtell on her marriage license.
Mary Emma Chambers was born in 1872 in Indiana but married in Van Burn Co....
Michigan in 1890.
However in 1910 she was at Henry Armstrong's home listed as Mary Conkle (her
married name) with her children - so I am sure it is the right Mary Conkle who
put Mary Chambers on her marriage certificate. However she was listed as the
DAUGHTER of Henry Armstrong and her children was listed as Henry's
granddaughters.
But on her daughters death certificate (who died young) her mothers maiden
name was again listed as Mary Chambers . . .
However Henry's obituary said the had moved from NY to Indiana when he was 17
and married Mary Extell and had two children a son and a daughter. Son's name
was listed (Frank) but the daughter was listed as deceased in 1929 when he
died.
I think Mary died between 1911 (last time I could find her in a City
directory) Her husband was still listed in 1912-1916 without her and then in 1916 when
he died his death certificate said his wife was Mary Emma Chambers (deceased)
So the best I can figure she was Henry Armstrong's biological Daughter with
Mary Axtell/Extell who then Separated/divorce and Married George Chambers who
took him as his daughter, and she took his name (Chambers) as her maiden name.
Does my Mary Emma Chamber's fit into any or your Chamber's Families?
