For those of you interested:
(I am still considering scanning and digitalising the 40 odd pages I have in
order to make more generally available .. and more particularly, easily
searcheable - would this help? any ideas where to place this on the web?)

Mark - There is a lady in La Grange, Texas,
who I have been exchanging Chalk
information with for a while now. Name: Clara Dokos (email:
dokosngc(a)cvtv.net). Clara has made arrangements with a local office supply
company to Xerox the entire Chalk book, bind it with a plastic cover and
plastic spiral and mail it to any location in the U.S. for a total (tax,
shipping and all) of $15.00. This includes U.S. postage of $5.20, so it
would be more for outside the U.S. Am sure a post office in another country
could give each individual some idea of how much extra to add assuming $5.20
U.S. rate.
People to send a check and order to:

If you don't mind, can you send a message to the Chalk Rootsweb address and
give this information to the entire list? This way, they can order the
entire book themselves. Am sure there are many who like to have a copy of
it. It is indexed, although rather poorly, but does have a lot of
information in it and pictures also.
Thanks so much for the GEDCOM!
Best regards,
