My line is Sarah Chaffin b.? d. late 1892 or the first month or so of 1893 as she was my
grandfather's mother and I know she died when he was just a few months old. Her father
was Solomon Chaffin b. abt. 1837 d? lived in Warren County Ky. His father was John C.
Chaffin b. abt. 1803 d? I know he was living in Jackson county Tn. in 1850. My wife found
a link to Abner Chaffin as being John C. father. Here is a copy of an email I received :

America with the Post Office listed as FlynsLick.Solomon is listed as 23 years of age and
America is listed as 18. In the 1870 census Solomon's family is living in the same
area. Children given are Sarah M. N. E. , James, Frances, and John.The ages are from
8,5,4,1.

Beacham Harp is my grandfather. His full name was William Beacham Harp. He migrated to
Texas between 1910 and 1915 as his oldest daughter was born in Dec. 1915 .
