I have some Bristol Chaffeys in my line:
John Chaffey b 3rd Nov 1803, Bedminster Bristol, married Mary Tucker, born
c.1810.
Children: Margaret 1831, James 1840, Jane 15 Nov 1845, Henry 25 Feb 1849
Could this be yours perhaps Jan? the dates are close. I have some addresses
later on if you think they are relevant
Best regards
Kevin Brown

Hi Jan,
I'm not researching Bristol Chaffeys but I am interested in any Chaffeys in
the South of England. So I would appreciate it if you could send me any info
you have please. There is a very good website run by a Glenn Chafe in
America which has a lot of info about Chaffeys on it.
Regards
Gary Chaffey

Hi, my great grandmother was Jane Chaffey, born Bristol in 1846. Her father
was John, born in Bristol in 1804.
Anyone else researching Bristol Chaffeys?
Regards, Jan Hill
