I've "rescued" an old photograph of Charles L.
"Duck" WILSON which was
taken
at the Richardson Studio (somewhere in Maine) sometime in the early 1900's.
Charles appears to be in his teens or early 20's at the time the photograph
was taken. In addition to his name it is also noted that he is from the
Hebron Academy Class of 1907. Based on limited research I was able to
locate the following information regarding Charles and his family:
Charles L. WILSON was b. Nov 1887 in Hiram, ME to parents Charles E. WILSON
(b. 1853 in Limerick, ME-1913) and F. Ella CHADBOURN (b. 1852 in Oxford,
ME-1924). Charles died 10 Jan 1913 in Hiram, ME and is buried in the Hiram
Village Cemetery in Hiram, ME.
Census records provide the following details:
1910 census of Hiram, ME:
Charles E. WILSON, age 56, married 24 years, born ME, parents born ME, a
Physician
Florence E. WILSON, wife, age 57, married 24 years, 1 child/1 living, born
ME, parents born ME
Charles L. WILSON, son, age 23, born ME, a House Painter
I am hoping to locate someone from his family so that this wonderful old
photograph can be returned to the care of family. If you are a member of
this WILSON Family, or you know someone who might be, please contact me.
Thanks,
Shelley
