Meeting Notice
The next meeting of Los Bexarenos Genealogical
Society will be on Saturday,
August 7, 2004 at 9:30am at the San Antonio Central
Library at 600 Soledad
in San Antonio.
The speaker will be Mr. Robert Thonhoff, a
well-known author and speaker on
many subjects related to southwestern studies and
the U.S. Revolution.
The Topic will be the Battle of the Medina.
Mr. Thonhoff is the editor and annotator of the
book, Forgotten Battlefield
of the First Texas Revolution: the Battle of the
Medina August 18, 1813,
based on the unpublished manuscript of Ted Schwartz.
This book by Mr. Thonhoff and perhaps others will be
for sale at the
meeting.
