Actually, the death date of Nathan Center is January 1783, the source is his
Will, Box 14 Pck 471, Columbia, SC. This was shortly after the
Revolutionary War Camden Battle. According to the John Taylor biographical
sketch, on page 257, South Carolina Genealogies, his daughter, Martha
Taylor, was married to Maj. __ Center, he dying she married Captain George
Wade. Other references verify that this was Major Nathan Taylor.
