Patty, If you are at a standstill on your line I would try first the 1900 Ky
soundex coded for Cissell. It will take some time but it might help you find
them. If that fails I would try the 1880 Ky soundex coded for Cissell and hope
Robert was born before 1880. You will have to carefully look at children and
ages for them all but possibly a last resort if you are getting desperate. If
they aren't under Charles Cissell-remember that they extensively used middle
names during this period. Especially if the child in question was named after
a parent. Upon re-reading this I think I would try 1880 first just because it
will be so much smaller.Soundex list families with children under 10 if I
remember correctly. Just a thought. Post anything you find further back because
I have extensive unindexed Cecil/Cissel files and right now I have my sister's
20+ years of Cecil/Cissel research here going through them and checking data.

I'm still looking for information on the following:
Charlie Cissell m. ?Delia Bolden
children: Alta Cissell, Cardia(?Corda)Cissell, Robert Cissell
In the 1920 Union Co., KY Census - Waverly, I found Corda Cissell, white,
female, 37 y/o, single, servant for a private family. That would have made
her born @1883.
I found an Alta Cissell b. 11-23-1900 d. 3-1984 Residence Pittsburgh,
PA....in the SSDI
Robert Cissell m. Myrtle M. Hancock...found in the 1910 Union co., KY
Census - Waverly...with children, Minnie and Louis. They are not in the
census for Waverly in 1900 or 1920. Myrtle must have died before 1920.
She died having her 4th child..a baby boy...@1917-1920.
It's possible that Robert moved to Missouri later.
Anyone have a clue?
