Hey, that my line at last. Sissel, White, Price, and Batey in Gallia, Meigs,
and Muskingum, Belmont Co.'s Ohio. Nope we don't connect anywhere yet but we
do try. We are working on brothers Solomon and James White who married
probable sisters Elizabeth and Nancy Cecil/Sisel. Solomon and Nancy Cecil White
were married near Wheeling, Ohio Co. WV by a circuit rider minister so the
actual marriage is filed in PA. Nancy is named in the estate papers in Gallia
Co. Ohio of John Seisle and Sarah but if memory serves me correctly she married
as Cecil. John and Sarah Sissel were probably married in Hampshire Co. WV which
is a burn county so most records are gone. Solomon and James White are the sons
of Andrew White who served in the Rev. War and Elizabeth Neiswonger. I have more
info. Donna

This was a question from a White researcher. She wanted to know who the
James White was and also about the name Sisel. These people were married in
Gallia Co OH
