Terry, It appears your grandfather came to this country in 1892 from England, I found the
following information in the census records, I hope this helps with your search. I
don't have any of these Cecil's in my database, as my Cecil line arrived in the
United States in 1600's.

I was not able to find your grandfather in the 1900 census, could be the spelling of his
name, Cessil, Sessill, there were many spellings of the Cecil name, you might check Ellis
Island out to see if you can find when they entered the United States.
