I am a Cecil descendant. My surname is Cecil and I would love to
see your web site but unfortunately Iam not a member of Ancestry.
Is there any other way I can view it?
Thanks
Hi Connie -
Sure, I can sign you on as a guest and you will be under no obligation to
join
Ancestry.com. Could you tell me a little about yourself first?
Unfortunately I've had a couple of hit-and-run "guests" who copied some of
my stories
(incomplete, incorrect, and without documentation) and those stories have
shown up later on other folk's websites. :-{
Where do you fit into the Cecil tree? My husband's line goes back to
Benjamin Sollers Cecil's son Thomas who moved from Kentucky to Tennessee. The last
Cecil we would have had in Virginia would be Samuel (1719 - 1786).
If you're not a member of Ancestry, may I ask how you heard of my (actually,
my husband's) tree?
Take care -
Barbara Cecil
