Here's a bit of mel Myers notes that he sent me a coupla years ago, when
were discussing OBRYAN connections. There are many CARRICO and OBryan
connections. I will type some of it here.
"JOHN BAPTIST CISSELL attended St. mary's Church at Bryantown, MD at the
same time as IGNATIUS and RHODA OBRYAN. JOHN BAPTIST'S son, WILLIAM CISSELL
moved from Kentucky to Martin/Daviess Co., IN Around 1815. At the time of
the 1840 federal census WILLIAM CISSELL was residing next door to GEORGE
CARRICO in Daviess Co., IN. GEORGE CARRICO had m. ELIZABETH CISSELL in
Washington Co., KY 1/14/1817. ELIZABETH CISSELL was born about 1798 in
St.Mary's Co., MD. ELIZABETH was probably the daughter of WILLIAM CISSELL.
GEORGE CARRICO may be the son of JAMES CARRICO & JOANNA KEITH of Charles
Co., MD, Washington Co., and Spencer Co., KY."
